Prepares data and processes information necessary for timelyand accurate filing of federal and state compliance reports, NCAAreports, accreditation requirements, and responses to nationalsurveys.Provides analytical support for assessing administrative andacademic operations, including annual faculty salary and statussurvey, enrollment statistics and projections, collecting andanalyzing student assessment of instructors, and student successoutcomes.Collaborates on sophisticated analytical studies on studentenrollment, retention, graduation, and student success in supportof the university’s strategic enrollment initiatives.Translates technical research data, findings, and reportsgenerated by external agencies, and clearly and concisely presentsimplications as they pertain to the institution.Maintains current knowledge of laws, codes, regulations, andpending legislation related to institutional research, planning,and accreditation. Modifies projects, studies, functions, andprocedures to ensure compliance with appropriate state and federalrequirements. Essential Job Functions: Three to five years in a related research positon using methodsof analysis regularly. Essential Job Requirements:Education: Master’s Degree preferably in social science, public policy orbusiness analytics. A Ph.D./Ed.D. desirable.
