Overseeall housing procedures, including room assignments and changes,roommate pairing and enforcement of the residency requirement.(40%)Track relevant data regarding housing occupancy and providepredictive forecasting regarding housing occupancy levels.(20%)Supervise Assistant Director and Administrative staff,providing guidance, support and accountability to their role andadvice relating to their professional development. (10%)Function as a conduct officer for campus wide incidents,providing guidance to students and appropriate sanctioning.(5%)Provide overall residence life oversight and direction,including the creation of a residential curriculum and accompanyingprogramming models. (5%)Function as a member of the Student Affairs leadership teamproviding overall mission and direction to the entire division.(5%)Assist students both one on one and in groups to provideresources and problem solve issues related to student success,creating healthy communities, and solving conflict.
